MEETING NOTES






Life in the Hermitage is restricted so meetings with Brides and Grooms
are held a Starbucks Coffee House near the Brother.

Because we are few in number we only perform services for those
couples whose ceremony is important to them. If price is your deciding
factor save yourself some time and look elsewhere.

We are very busy being in mission to the veteran community. We
receive many calls for our services so it is important for you to know
that getting the wedding "booked" is up to you following the process as
given below:

                         PROCESS
1. Call Friar and decide best meeting time. 512-699-4027
2. I do not do "tryouts". I am not allowed by my Order to be in
competition with another officiant.  Check with your wedding venue
for a reference.  Most know me well.
2. Set appointment.  Do not set the appointment too far away from the
wedding, we charge $30 for 2nd Appointments.
3. Confirm morning of  day of appointment.
4. Arrive with list of "Do's and Don'ts"
5. Bring checkbook. Deposit required to "book" wedding

It is important to note that due to recent problems with rehearsals
that there are extra charges for rehearsals scheduled or changed to
